Welcome to Living With E.N.V.Y.!

I’m so excited and proud to finally launch a website that I have been daydreaming about for several years. I’ve wanted to have a space where I could share my thoughts, my knowledge and my experiences in pursuing a life of Living Well. “Living Well” became “Living With E.N.V.Y.” as I scanned back over the 54 (gulp) years of my life and realized what was truly essential for me to feel and look my best. E.N.V.Y. are acronyms for the 4 constants I need to prioritize, on a day-to-day basis, to keep me healthy and to make me ultimately happy.

Exercise, healthy eating Nutrition, clearing anxiety and 'brain fog' with intentional daydreaming or Vision and the impact of practicing Yoga- are the profound 4 keys to Living with E.N.V.Y.

I’d be lying if I told you that I’ve found all l the answers to health and happiness -- or that I even strive to Live With E.N.V.Y. in any perfectionistic way. I’ve learned the value of ‘impact perfection’ and how self-sabotaging striving for anything more than that can be.

Over the next weeks you’ll see and read about some of what I do, and what I coach others to do, on a day-to-day to embrace the cycle and the cyclical effects of Living With E.N.V.Y. I can’t wait to start sharing tips, recipes, strategies, products, and workouts.

As a certified Pilates, Yoga and Pure Barre Instructor as well as a Certified Holistic Health Counselor and an Arbonne Independent Consultant, I am BURSTING with information to share with you to help propel you to a new level of ENVY’ing your life!
