Matcha Green Monster Protein Shake


No better time than NOW to start building your immune system for Fall and Winter. The benefits of Matcha -- green tea powder -- go on and on, from a power antioxidant, to boosting metabolism to un-doing sun damaged skin. In addition, it provides vitamin C, selenium, chromium, zinc and magnesium -- helping to balance hormones for a healthier gut. I'm love powdered peanut butter in my shakes for a creamy consistency and a little extra flavor (especially if you aren't fond of the flavors of greens powders and matcha). Raw cacao nibs, another superfood, sprinkled on the top gives a nice crunch to your shake!

In a high powered blender add in this order:

1.5 cups unsweetened coconut or almond milk (I like vanilla) 2 scoops Arbonne Vanilla Protein Shake Mix (20 grms vegan/gf protein) 1 scoop Arbonne Greens Balance 1 tsp organic matcha powder (find in any natural grocery store or online) 1 Tbsp peanut butter powder (I use PB2 brand - 1 Tbsp=22 cals, 1/2 grm of sugar) 1 packet Arbonne Digestion Plus (Pre- and probiotics) 1 Tbsp chia seeds (omega 3's, protein, fiber) 4-5 ice cubes

Optional: 1 tsp of raw cacao nibs to sprinkle on top after blending

Blend on low to mix (15 secs or so) and then on high power for another 30! Enjoy!
